Project Manager - Maintenance
Job Summary:
Perform troubleshooting, general repair, and maintenance on communication sites. Sites include towers in excess of 500 feet, roof top locations, remote sites and urban area facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the direction and management of a crew in general construction, tower maintenance, coaxial cabling, and equipment operation.
Essential Functions:
- Must be able to plan, organize and coordinate all resources required to direct a work crew in the timely diagnosis and repair of cellular site within a maintenance window.
- Must comply with and enforce all company safety standards.
- Must have the physical ability and the willingness to climb towers in excess of 500 feet.
- Must be able to accommodate occasional out of town travel.
- Ability to lift over 75 Pounds.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Manage supplies, tools, equipment, components, and logistics for multiple jobs.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass pre-hire Drug Screen and random Drug Testing.
- Ability to climb heights up to and including 500 feet.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out instructions.
- Ability to work independently while supervising others.
- Great physical condition and stamina.
- Exceptional personal and electronic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter, team player, goal oriented professional.
Education and Experience:
- Computer literate with background in cellular maintenance preferred.
- One year general construction, electrical, technical, or mechanical experience.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

TOWER TECHNICIAN –
Job Summary:
Perform installation, general repair, and maintenance on communication sites. Sites include towers in excess of 500 feet, roof top locations, remote sites and urban area facilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general construction, tower maintenance, coaxial cabling, and equipment operation.

- Work independently at given tasks
- Pick-up/delivery of supplies, tools, equipment, components, etc., via Company vehicle.

- Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-hire Drug Screen and random Drug Testing
- Ability to climb heights up to and including 500 feet

The compliance coordinator for Legacy Telecommunications, Inc. and its affiliated entities will work to enhance and maintain a world class safety culture within their fellow employees. Initial tasks required for this position include but are not limited to the following:
• Training Coordination
o First Aid
o CPR & CPR for the Professional Rescuer
o Tower Safety and Rescue
o RF Safety & Awareness
o MSDS & HazMat Compliance
o OSHA 10 Hour – All climbers
o OSHA 30 Hour – All Lead personnel
o OSHA 500 Series – Management & Trainers
o Vehicular Safety Training
o Remote or inaccessible First Aid
• Compliance Verification
o Monthly Safety Audits
o Partner Audits
o Equipment Safety and Maintenance Compliance
o Insurance for Subcontractors
o Work Order & Job Book Compliance
o Verification and improvement of tailgate and weekly safety meetings
• Compliance Administration
o Liaison with Governmental Agencies responsible for employee safety, (WISHA, OR-OSHA and OSHA)
o Revise Safety and Health Policies and Procedures
o Revise and make relevant MSDS Communications
o Initiate and complete OSHA VPP
o Create competitive advantages for Legacy from a safety perspective
• Training
o Facilitate Monthly Safety Meetings at all locations
o Ensure qualifications of current trainers and qualify back up trainers
o Track and monitor training and training requirements
o Outsource as required to make and keep training fresh and relevant
o Facilitate product and services training
• Reporting
o Weekly and monthly reporting to the management regarding progress, challenges and requirements to achieve world class safety culture within entire organization.
o Annual reporting of the state of safety culture.
o All reporting to governmental and safety related NGO’s.
o Update and keep current materials and methods for communication reporting to management and staff.
o Regular and relevant celebration of program success as determined by preset benchmarks and pre-established goals.
